292 Y-Block Purchase

Well I have decided to rebuild a Y-Block instead of going with a 302. I picked up a great deal yesterday. I was able to get a 57' 292 with the B style 4 barrel intake manifold, AFB carb with the smaller air horn, Ford tin valve covers, later style distributor, and 5752-113 heads. So after I finish getting the front end finished I will start tearing down the motor to see what shape it is in. I was told by the owner it was rebuilt 4 years ago just before putting it into storage. All in all though it was a great buy for $25.
